Despite being divorced, Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan share a friendly and amicable relationship. The two are often spotted together spending time and vacationing Hrehaan and Hridhaan, giving the world co-parenting goals, to the point that Sussanne’s father hopes that the two will patch things up.
On Sunday evening, Hrithik penned a heartfelt note for his ‘closest friend’ Sussane.
Taking to Instagram handle, the actor shared a series of photos in which Sussanne can be seen clicking pictures of him and his sons during holidays.
“Here is Sussanne , my closest friend ( also my ex wife) capturing a moment with me and our boys,” he began, adding “A moment in itself.”
He continued, “It tells a story to our kids. That in a world separated by lines and ideas, it is still possible to be united. And that you can want different things as people and yet stay undivided.”
“Here’s to a more united, tolerant, brave, open and loving world. It all starts at home,” he concluded.

Responding to Hrithik’s post, Sussanne wrote, “This is us…always and beyond forever.”
Sussane and Hrithik tied the knot in 2000 and were married for 14 years before calling it quits.
