A four-year-old boy was assaulted by a youngster in the Satellite Town police precincts. Police detained the culprit and sent the victim to the Civil Hospital Mirpurkhas (CHM). Yasir Maula Bux Khaskheli was allegedly assaulted by Ghaffar alias Qaisar. Station House Officer Zulfiqar Qaimkhani said that Ghaffar has been detained. The officer said that the minor boy was sent to the CHM, and that his medical check-up was being conducted; however, the doctors had confirmed that the boy was assaulted. Police have registered a report on the incident.
TWO ABADGARS SHOT DEAD: Two abadgars were killed and two another injured in Fazal Halepoto village over irrigation water distribution. However, Phuladiyoon Supervisory Police Officer (SPO) Sindhri Pir Allah Rakhiyo said that Madad Ali Halepoto and Nabi Bux Halepoto had committed suicide. The SPO said that the bodies of the deceased were shifted to the CHM, whereas two injured men were also hospitalised. He said that the police was still investigating the case.
CID ARRESTS WANTED MAN: The Mirpurkhas Crime Investigation Department (CID) conducted a raid and rounded up a wanted man, Noman Malik, with an official submachine gun (SMG). Malik was arrested along with his accomplice Aamir Pathan. They had snatched an SMG from Constable Muhammad Sadiq at gunpoint in front of the CHM a few weeks ago.
