Names of Faisalabad Zakat Committee members approved

The Provincial Zakat Council Punjab on Saturday approved the names of seven members of the Faisalabad District Zakat Committee, including two women. This was decided in the 132nd meeting of the Provincial Zakat Council Punjab, which was held under chairmanship of Punjab Zakat and Ushr Secretary Nazir Ahmed. Zakat Administrator Yousaf Butt, Zakat Deputy Administrator Sajjad Babar, Khawaja Abdul Qayyum, Sakeena Shaheen Khan, Raghib Naeemi and representatives of the local government, social welfare and finance departments were also present in the meeting. The newly-nominated members of the Faisalabad District Zakat Committee include Nawaz Malik, Haji Lal Din Ansari, Rana Aslam, Seth Hurmat, Akram Khan, Dr Najma Afzal Khan and Sumera Akram. Nazir Ahmed has issued a notification in this regard.
