LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is reportedly making efforts to host Aussies in Pakistan for the next series between the two, scheduled from March 19 to 31.

The PCB said that “the schedule for the five-match series between Pakistan and Australia has not changed. The series will be held next year from March 19 to 31.”

Amid the emerging speculations, the cricket governing body is making efforts to host a match or two in Pakistan.

“We are making efforts to host one or two matches in Pakistan for which Karachi or Lahore is an option,” media reports said.

According to the ICC Future Tour Program (FTP), Pakistan and Australia will play five One Day Internationals (ODIs) in March 2019. The two teams will again face each other at the end of October for a series of two Tests and three T20s, as informed by the FTP.
