The Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) once again made news for all the wrong reasons as a passenger was denied entry into his flight despite the issuance of boarding pass while an ‘uncooperative’ staff member misbehaved with him.
Video of the incident showed that the passenger could not be taken aboard due to a misunderstanding of officials of the state-run airline. Although he was issued a boarding pass and his luggage was loaded on the plane, he was not allowed to travel on the domestic flight.

When the disgruntled passenger confronted a PIA staff member and complained to him about his case, the latter misbehaved and snatched his boarding pass.
Despite the passenger’s insistence, the video showed that the staffer remained uncooperative and reluctant to provide help.
