The Bahria Enclave has been directed by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to vacate 510 kanals of government land within seven days or face legal action, a local media outlet reported on Friday.
A recent survey conducted by the civic body in Kuri Village showed that the private housing authority had illegally grabbed over 510 kanals of land.
A notice over the matter was sent to Bahria Enclave on Friday.
