ISLAMABAD: The complaint cell of the Prime Minister’s House will begin its operation from Sunday.
According to a statement, the complaint cell is established to have a direct link with the public and to listen to their grievances and address them.
Media reports suggest that the incumbent premier Imran Khan would himself respond to the complaints in order to smoothly resolve them for the betterment of the people
The premier has advised the officials that complaints related to corruption, land mafia and human rights would be resolved immediately and no relaxation would be provided on the resolution of complaints.
All the concerned departments have already been instructed to follow the directives of the complaint cell.
Earlier, it was reported that 40 telephone lines would be established in the PM House for the said complaint cell.
