Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani said on Monday that the genuine grievances of MQM would be addressed and Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) would work on winning cooperation of other political parties in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).
The PM expressed these views while talking to Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Senior Minister Ch Pervez Elahi, who called on him at the PM House.
He appreciated the cooperation of the Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leadership for its efforts to reconcile other political parties.
He said the recent elections would go a long way for winning the fundamental rights of the people of Kashmir.
He added that the public mandate given to the PPP AJK would pave the way for the solution of Kashmir dispute according to the wishes of the Kashmiri people.
