Twelve women and five children managed to escape from a Dar-ul-Aman in Quetta on Saturday. According to police, Dar-ul-Aman’s administration informed that twelve women and five children escaped from a government-run shelter, located at Brewery Road as they jumped out of the boundary walls.
Brewery Police Station Station House Officer (SHO) Ameer Dashti said police had begun search for the women, however, none had so far been found. He said police had been deployed in plainclothes at different areas including railway station and bus stops.
Furthermore, he said investigation was underway and police had registered the case.
