Talking to media in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Pakistan cricket team captain Sarfraz Ahmed said that it will be a huge motivation for the team if Prime Minister Imran Khan comes to Pakistan-India match.

Both arch-rivals will face each other on Wednesday in 2018 Asia Cup.

The captain further said that the presence of Imran Khan has always been a motivation for both crowds and Pakistani team. “He is a legend of the game,” said the captain.

Talking about the absence of Virat Kohli from the tournament, Ahmed said that India has many other good players who have performed time and again so the absence of Kohli will not make much impact on the match.

Answering the question about hype before the match, Pakistani captain said that the hype does affect the boys but he has told them to play the match against India like any other game.

Earlier, it was reported that PM Imran will see the match between both countries in the Stadium, but it has not been confirmed yet.
