Cheating case filed against Hrithik Roshan for allegedly duping stockist

Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has reportedly been booked in a cheating case filed by a stockist in Chennai’s Kodungaiyar area.

According to a report in the Times of India, a cheating case has been filed against Bollywood actor, Hrithik Roshan and eight other people by a stockist, R Muralidharan. Muralidharan said that the actor and others conspired to dupe him of INR 21 lakhs.

The aggrieved party in his complaint claimed that he was appointed as a stockist under Hrithik Roshan’s brand HRX. However, the firm allegedly did supply the products regularly because of which the products became stagnated as there were no sales. He further stated that when he sent back these products to the firm, the accused refused to pay causing his damages worth INR 21 lakhs. He further added that the marketing team was dissolved without his knowledge.

The Kodungaiyar police registered a case under section 420 of Indian Penal Code (cheating and dishonestly including delivery of property).

Meanwhile, on the work front, Hrithik Roshan will be seen in Vikas Bahl’s Super 30.
