The cast of upcoming movie ‘Jawani Phir Nahi Ani-2’ sent a positive cross-border message through the entertainment diplomacy.
The cast of the movie including Hamayun Saeed, Kubra Khan, Mawra Hocane, Fahad Mustafa, Vasay Chaudhary and Ahmad Ali Butt, took part in a joint Pakistan-India Independence Day shoot in Dubai.
The shoot was organised by Dubai-based Bollywood radio channel, City 1016, in which Pakistani actors and Indian nationals wore the colours of their national flags, giving a message of peace and harmony.
Sharing the photo, radio channel wrote: “We’re in it together! Happy Independence Day. Big Thank You to the stars of Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2 for joining us in our Independence Day shoot.”
Appreciating the move, social media users lauded it as one user wrote: “It’s a really great effort to bring people of both countries close to each other. God bless you and make your efforts fruitful. Ameen”.
