Teefa in Trouble continues to shine at the box-office

Pakistani film Teefa in Trouble, starring Ali Zafar and Maya Ali, continues to dominate the box-office despite being in its fourth week. The film released on July 20 to full houses and received glowing reviews from both the audiences and the critics.

The romantic-action comedy film, directed by Ahsan Rahim, has continued to set new benchmarks for Pakistani cinema, with great music, brilliant cinematography, impressive performances and well-executed action sequences.

According to reports, the film has collected a total of approximately 26.95cr, making it the fourth Pakistani film to hit the 25cr mark after Punjab Nahi Jaungi, Jawani Phir Nahi Ani and Actor in Law.

The movie is expected to do more business with the Independence Day holiday coming up.

Aside from Ali and Maya, the film features an ensemble cast including Mehmood Aslam, Javed Sheikh, Asma Abbas and Faisal Qureshi, among others.

The next set of Pakistani films including Jawani Phir Nai Aani 2, Load Wedding and Parwaaz Hai Junoon are scheduled to release on Eidul Azha.
