ISLAMABAD: Capital police received the services of five senior police officers including Deputy Inspector Generals (DIGs) and Senior Superintendents of Police (SSPs) while two SSPs were transferred from Islamabad.
On June 28, Islamabad Central Police Office (CPO) had requested the Establishment Division to issue transfer orders of seven police officers.
DIG Faisal Ali Raja was made operations DIG, SSP Kamran Adil was made an assistant inspector general of police (AIG), Abdul Qadir was appointed as Operations AIG, Mujahid Akbar was made Special Branch AIG and Sikandar Hayat was posted as General AIG.
