TOBA TEK SINGH: Suporters of Sardar Khawar Sher Gadhi, who is formerly a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) ticket holder, protested against the issuance of a party ticket to former Punjab governor Chaudhry Sarwar’s brother, Chaudhry Ramzan Pervaiz, ahead of the upcoming polls.

The protestors reportedly ransacked Pervaiz’s office and broke the windows of a nearby marriage hall where a PTI meeting was in progress.

Gadhi said, “if the decision pertaining to the party ticket was not withdrawn, PTI activists would openly oppose Chaudhry Ramzan.”

Meanwhile, Pervaiz claimed that he had been awarded the ticket based on merit.
