KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) summoned Anti-Car Lifting Cell (ACLC) senior superintendent of police (SSP) and investigating officers (IO) in light of a petition pertaining to the recovery of missing children.
The SHC’s two-judge bench is headed by Justice Mohammad Iqbal Kalhoro.
The bench said that a police report submitted in relation to the issue was not satisfactory and subsequently complete record of the case was summoned.
The petition was filed by Roshni Research and Development Welfare (RRDW) and concerns children that were kidnapped from various parts of the city.
