Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that Punjab is being deprived of gas and petrol intentionally. “Punjab has friendly relationship with Balochi, Sindhi, and Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa people but hurling petrol and gas bombs are highhandedness of the federal government,” he said.
“If it won’t be stopped (by the federal government) then we have power to make it right,” he said while talking to media on the inaugural ceremony of the Ashiana Housing Scheme. Shahbaz made it clear to the responsible people to stop such dramas, people were aware about such debased tactics. He said that the houses would be distributed on the basis of merit in the Ashiana Housing Scheme and the needy and poor people who would be the future residents of the town get free schooling for their children as the Punjab government would pay their education expenditures whereas they would be provided with Eid dresses as well.
“The housing scheme is an ideology that would end differences between poor and the rich people. Dreams of PPP are being shaped into reality by the PML-N,” he said. In the next phase, 1.25 lac houses would be constructed in the Ashiana-2, the chief minister said.
