With every passing day, there doesn’t seem to be an end to the sexual harassment case that has torn the industry apart.
When Meesha Shafi accused Ali Zafar of sexually harassing her, things heated up between the two stars as well as the other celebrities from the industry, who came out to support either of the stars or were neutral.
Moreover, as things started to take a legal turn, more women came forward and accused Ali Zafar of harassing them as well.
Lately, a Twitter user had questioned how it was possible that only one man could have harassed Shafi throughout her entire career.
The Twitter user asked her to “name all of them [harassers]” if she is a “true lady”.
Meesha shafi k pory career me bs ali zafar ne abuse kia…baqi sb lrky tu baji behn door door se salam lety ha..na personal msg krty ha..nazry jhuka k chalty ha..bs ali zafar tharki tha baqi sb apky male collegues doodh se dhuly ha..name all of them if u r a true lady

Responding to this Meesha stated that Ali Zafar was the only one who harassed her, but she wasn’t the only one harassed by the singer.
Yes only he harrassed me but he didn’t harass me only.
Get it?
Half a dozen other women coming forward not enough for you all? How many will it take? Please share a number. https://t.co/7h3AxMnk2l

Shafi responded, “Yes only he harassed me but he didn’t harass me only. Get it.”
“Half a dozen other women coming forward not enough for you all? How many will it take? Please share a number,” she added.
Last month, in the first high-profile #MeToo incident in Pakistan, Meesha had taken to Twitter to speak up about her experience, “Sharing this because I believe that by speaking out about my own experience of sexual harassment, I will break the culture of silence that permeates through our society. It is not easy to speak out. But it is harder to stay silent. My conscience will not allow it anymore #MeToo.”
In her statement posted on Twitter, Meesha wrote, “As a woman, a public figure and a mother, I have always felt strongly about using my voice to encourage and support our youth who look up to me especially girls, who dream of carving their own path in Pakistan.”
However, Ali had categorically denied Shafi’s claims of harassment on Twitter and sent her a legal notice.
