Few days back a relative of mine was kidnapped from Gadap Town, Karachi. He was driving his car when four to five men stopped his car and at gun point kidnapped him and his friend. They were taken to Manghopir. They were released after 10 days when their family paid money for ransom. During his detention, kidnappers always told them that police are with them. The kidnappers were in contact with his family through mobile phones.
It is strange that in such a modern age where latest technology is easily available, our law enforcement agency was unable to catch culprits. I appeal to the concerned authorities to take notice of this issue and SHO of Gadap Town should become effective.
