KARACHI: A dacoit died of self-inflicted stab wounds after he attempted to rob a man Saturday night who had just withdrawn cash from an ATM machine here in the metropolis’ Johar Chowrangi.
The citizen who was being robbed raised alarm causing the residents of the area to apprehend the dacoit.
Fearing arrest, the suspect stabbed himself in the stomach and was transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
