MUMBAI: And the wait is finally over. Drum roll, Karan Johar has finally announced the entire star cast of his upcoming film Student Of The Year 2. Directed by Punit Malhotra, SOTY 2 features Tiger Shroff, Tara Sutaria and Ananya Pandey in the principal roles, reported Zoom.

Directed by Punit Malhotra, SOTY 2 features Tiger Shroff, Tara Sutaria and Ananya Panday in the principal roles. SOTY 2 marks the debut of Tara and Ananya while it is Tiger’s first film with KJo’s Dharma Productions.
Student Of The Year 2 began filming in Dehradun on April 9 at the St. Teresa High School as KJo said that he will announce the final cast today, and as promised, did so. Best known for her role in the television show The Suite Life of Karan & Kabir, Tara Sutaria is a trained dancer in classical ballet, modern dance and Latin American. Tara, also, is a professional singer and has sung at operas.
Ananya is the daughter of Chunky and Bhavana Pandey and started making public appearances last year. Just like Sara Ali Khan or Jahnvi Kapoor, Ananya is the internet’s favourite as well and trended soon after her pictures were made available on the internet.
Student Of The Year 2 is scheduled to release in November.
Tiger Shroff, meanwhile, is celebrating the success of his film Baaghi 2, that has made over Rs 100 crores at the box-office within a week of its release.
