MUZAFFARABAD: Rain and hailstorm in parts of Azad Kashmir turned the weather cold once again on Sunday morning, while showers are also expected across the country.
The areas that received downpour included Neelam, Hattian Bala, Bagh, Lipa and Muzaffarabad.
According to Pakistan Meteorological Department (MeT), the rain is expected between Sunday and Tuesday in parts of Punjab, northern areas of Balochistan, Islamabad, FATA, Sukkur, Larkana and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
In several districts of KP, the sky remained partly cloudy and some areas received light showers Sunday morning. The areas in which rain is forecasted are Malakand and Hazara while weather in parts of the province will remain dry and hot.
Meanwhile, the sky was clear and the weather was hot in most of the parts of Balochistan. The forecast, however, showed rain in parts of Kalat and Zhob, while downpour with the thunderstorm is expected in the northwest region of Balochistan.
