ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal said on Sunday that political stability and continuity of policies is imperative for the progress and development of any country.

He said that India and China are rapidly developing while Pakistan is lagging behind due to the political instability.

He maintained that zero performance of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has exposed Imran Khan’s false claims about KP government’s development in the social sector.

The PTI chief should tell the people that developing nations do not favor sit-ins in the country, he concluded.
