At least three persons were killed while nine others were injured in an armed clash between two groups over matrimonial issue here on Wednesday, police said. According to details, the incident occurred here when a person belonging to Gujjar Family opened fire on rival group over marriage issue.
Soon the incident changed into a huge clash between two groups and they opened fire on each other. As a result, three persons including a women died on the spot while nine others sustained injuries.
After the incident, heavy contingent of police rushed to the scene and controlled the situation.
The injured were shifted to near-by hospitals while police started investigation of the incident.
