ISLAMABAD: Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rashid on Tuesday said he would file an application against Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi in the National Accountancy Bureau (NAB) as the Supreme Court (SC) in its LNG case decision had directed him to resort to the bureau.
Speaking to media persons, he said that the LNG case was the “mother of all corruption cases” and he would take it to its logical end.
“In the light of the SC’s decision, I will file an application against the premier in NAB,” he added.
The AML chief also said the country was running due to the judiciary and the army, and those talking against the institutions were “traitors”.
Rashid said that Nawaz Sharif’s dark future was before his eyes and that was why the ousted prime minister was persistently attacking the institutions.
