CTD arrests ‘most wanted’ alleged terrorist

PESHAWAR: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested an alleged terrorist with a half million rupees head bounty during a crackdown here on Wednesday.

On an intelligence tip-off, the CTD launched a crackdown in Firdous Chowk and arrested the most wanted terrorist from the area, said the spokesperson for CTD.

The terrorist was wanted by the security forces in an attack on Badhber camp and other terror activities, CTD said. The nabbed terrorist is being interrogated by the CTD.
