KARACHI: The three-day annual food festival “Karachi Eat Festival” bringing a wide range of food varieties under one roof, will kick off on Friday at the Benazir Bhutto Park.
Organised by CKO Event Architecture, the first day of the event will start at 4:30 pm and will continue till 10:00 P.M, whereas on the second and third days, the timings will be from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
The festival has been sponsored by Faisal Bank, said a press release on Thursday.
The Karachi Eat Festival this year, has been geared up to offer mouth-watering dishes to the people of Karachi.
While old favorites including The Pantry, Desi Gali, Wing It, Bond Street Waffles and Chapli Kabab House are returning this year, several new food entrants such as the Desi Gali and London Fries will be competing against the existing food brands.
Moreover, traditional street food vendors will also be joining hands this year to revive the delicacies of the city.
Apart from approximately 126 food kiosks and stalls, there will be various other activities to keep everyone busy. According to the sponsors, like previous years, a huge turnout of food enthusiasts is expected at the event this year too.
