NEW YORK: COMIC book legend Stan Lee has reportedly been accused of sexual assault and harassment by nurses caring for him, reports The Sun.

The 95-year-old co-creator of Spider-Man, the Hulk, Iron Man and the X-Men is said to have repeatedly groped the women.

No police complaint has been made and no lawsuit issued, but the nursing agency is allegedly in a “legal dispute” with the Marvel Comics figurehead.

According to the report, Lee had “sexually harassed every single nurse” who has been to his Hollywood home.

A spokesman for the nursing company confirmed staff had complained to the owner about Lee.

He now uses a different firm and his lawyer said he categorically denies the allegations against him.

Stan Lee’s lawyer Tom Lallas told Sun Online the allegations against the Marvel creator were “false and despicable”.

He said, “Lee categorically denies these false and despicable allegations and he fully intends to fight to protect his stellar good name and impeccable character.
