LAHORE: The meeting between Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chief Tahirul Qadri is set to be held on December 26 at Minhajul Qura’an secretariat in Model Town, Lahore.
Imran will arrive at the secretariat at 2 pm to meet Qadri on Tuesday.
The two leaders will discuss matters pertaining to All Parties Conference (APC) called by Qadri at Minhajul Qura’an secretariat on December 30 over the Baqir Najfi judicial report of Model Town tragedy and national politics.
In a bid to contact more political parties in order to mount pressure on Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah, for their resignation, Qadri has extended the APC date for two days.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI), Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Awami Muslim League (AML), Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) and Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) have already assured Qadri of their full support.
The APC will draft the strategy against the government in the context of Model Town judicial report.
