ISLAMABAD/MUZAFFARABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday again made it clear that Pakistan wanted to solve all problems with India amicably, including the lingering Kashmir dispute.
The president expressed these views while talking to a delegation of AJK journalists led by Central Union of Journalists Secretary General Aamir Qureshi at the Presidency.
Qureshi said that during the meeting, Zardari said that Kashmiris would not be left alone at any juncture, adding that the country wanted meaningful, productive and amicable results with India on equal footings.
He opined that the people of Kashmir were facing bloodshed and violence with bravely, adding that the PPP government wanted to give equal rights to all Kashmiris.
Zardari added that “our sheer determination and will for the sake of millions of Kashmiris will continue, as Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto too wanted a durable solution to the Kashmir dispute”.
