MULTAN: Armed motorists shot injured two policemen during snap checking and fled the scene on Tuesday.
According to details, the police during snap checking signalled to stop a suspected car near Vehari Chowk in Multan. The car riders instead of stopping started firing at police injuring two cops including Ashraf and Tasawar and sped the scene of the crime.
The injured policemen were shifted to hospital for treatment and the police after registering the culprits started the investigation.
