A fire broke out at state-run TV’s Peshawar office Friday morning destroying equipment worth millions of rupees, officials said.
They said the fire erupted in part of a building housing state TV office near Sadar area, but were unable to explain the reason behind the massive fire.
Around 30 firefighters with four fire tenders put out the blaze, they added.
The officials said the fire hit the design section of the state TV building, gutting costly equipment.
