KHAIRPUR: Three motorcyclists were crushed to death by a speeding train in the Khairpur area on Friday.
According to sources, a fast-moving train overran motorcyclists at railway track near Bhirya Road. As a result, three youths, Qaisar Ali Khaskheli, Anwer Ali Rind and Mukhtiar Ali Rind suffered severe injuries and died on the spot.
Police shifted the bodies to Taluka Hospital Bhirya, for medico-legal formalities.
According to police, railway crossing track was unmanned and the pillion-riding motorcyclists were the crossing railway track when the train hit their motorcycle.
Meanwhile, the railway authorities and district Naushahro Feroze police have started investigations in this regard.
