KARACHI: Sindh Governor Muhammad Zubair and Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law Vice Chancellor Qazi Khalid Ali distributed 39 laptops amongst students under the third phase of the prime minister’s scheme on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, Sindh governor said that education and research played a vital role in the country’s development. He said that the purpose of distributing laptops to students was so as to facilitate their education and research in different fields.
He further said that the Higher Education Commission (HEC) was playing a pivotal role in promoting educational standards and research culture in universities across the country.
He said that the government would ensure that all resources remained available to the universities. He appreciated the law university’s agreements with international universities for promoting law education.
