Shehbaz extends condolences to grieving families

LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday expressed deep sorrow and grief over the death of people who lost their lives in road accidents in Gujrat and Mianwali.

He extended his sympathies to the bereaved families and directed the administration of concerned districts to provide best treatment facilities to the injured.

Shehbaz also strongly condemned the roadside blast in Sangan area of Sibi. He expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives of Frontier Constabulary (FC) personnel and extended his sympathy and condolences to their grieving families. The chief minister prayed for the recovery of those who got injured due to the explosion.

Separately, the chief minister expressed his strong sentiments saying that Pakistan was a source of honour and prestige for its inhabitants and that all Pakistanis had to work together to make it prosperous and strong, adding that it was the need of the hour for everyone to struggle to make Pakistan a realization of the dreams of Quaid-e-Azam and Iqbal.
