Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Sheikh Sarwat Ikram has strongly condemned the terror act at Karachi Naval Base and expressed solidarity with the armed forces.
He said this while talking to a delegation of traders. He added such incidents were tarnishing the image of the country besides causing unprecedented losses to the economy. Ikram urged the federal government and the law-enforcing agencies to rout out terrorism from the country.
He demanded of the government to take decisions in the best interest of the country instead of playing the role of watchdogs of foreign intruders.
