Three more bullet-riddled bodies of Baloch missing persons were found from Kech and Panjgoor districts of Balochistan on Tuesday. Police officials said Levies personnel received a tip off that two dead bodies had been dumped in Murgab area, around 20Kms away from Turbat town of Kech district.
The bodies were moved to a hospital for medical examination, where they were identified as Abid Saleem and Mehrab Baloch. Family members of both men said Saleem and Baloch were affiliated with the Baloch Students Organisation (BSO-Azad) and were abducted from Chitkan Bazaar in Panjgoor district on January 23. The third body was also recovered from Panjgoor.
Police said they found the body from Gawargo tehsil of Panjgoor and moved it to a hospital for post mortem. The deceased was identified as Hameed Baloch, a resident of the district’s Khudabadan area. Baloch was allegedly taken away by personnel of an intelligence agency while he was traveling to Panjgoor from Quetta on December 13. Doctors said the body had torture marks all over it.
Meanwhile, a complete shutter down strike was observed in Panjgoor against the killings and all shops, markets and schools remained closed for the day.
