Two injured in Indian firing along Working Boundary

NAROWAL: Indian Border Security Forces (BSF) opened fire across the Shakargarh Working Boundary in the Narowal district on Thursday wherein two persons including, a Rangers personnel, were injured.

As per details, the Indian security forces targeted the villages and civilian population along the Working Boundary with mortar shells. Taghulpur, Bhopalpur and Agore areas were first targeted indiscriminately with firing, which was followed by mortar shells.

Two people including a Rangers official were injured in the firing which spread fear and panic among the residents. Punjab Rangers responded to the firing in a befitting manner and silenced the enemy’s guns.
