HYDERABAD: A 7-year old child’s dead body bearing marks of injuries was found in Choree Para area in the jurisdiction of Sakhi Pir police station on Sunday.
The deceased boy was identified as Mubashir Aqeel. The body was handed over to the family after a postmortem.
Members of the child’s family as well as neighbours held a demonstration and demanded that the unidentified culprit be arrested. They said that the child had gone missing on Saturday.
The police have assured the demonstrators that an FIR over the case would be lodged.
