KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has expressed grief and sorrow over the loss of human lives in heavy downpour across Sindh cities including Karachi and has asked the Sindh government and elected representatives to work together to mitigate the sufferings of citizens.
In a statement issued here, the PPP chairman said that elected representatives should ensure that rain water is drained within a short time.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that ministers, elected representatives, mayors, chairmen and local councilors should work together as a team and save the people from further losses.
PPP chairman said that this is the time to perform as a team instead of hurling accusations against each other.
