LIAQUATPUR: An oil tanker carrying massive quantity of petroleum overturned on Thursday, after which Police and Motorway Police sealed the area and closed the road for traffic after the seepage of oil.
According to police sources, the tanker carrying 50,000 litres of petrol crashed near Katchi Muhammad Khan, within the limits of Tiranda Muhammad Pannah station.
The area was sealed immediately and the road closed for traffic to avoid any untoward situation.
