Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry Saturday said that quality, durability and scope of construction work of the Phase -II Project of the Federal Judicial Academy (FJA) would not be compromised at any cost. He stated this while presiding over the 35th meeting of Board of Governors (BoGs) of FJA held here in Supreme Court building. The meeting unanimously approved the revised PC-I for the construction of building of the Federal Judicial Academy with an estimated cost of Rs. 92 millions.
Those present on the occasion included project in-charge Justice Mian Shakirullah Jan; Justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani, Justice Qazi Faez Essa, Justice Ijaz Afzal Khan, Justice Chaudhry Ijaz Ahmed, Justice Iqbal Hameed-ur-Rehman, and Justice Mushir Alam. Senator Moula Bux Chandio, Federal Law Minister who is also vice chairman of the FJA BoGs; Attorney General for Pakistan Moulvi Anwar-ul-Haq, SC Registrar Dr Faqir Hussain and DG FJA Pervaiz were also present.
