A US citizen Aaron Mark DeHaven was trying to leave the country from Peshawar airport while Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) stopped him from leaving the country because a case was pending against him in the court.
According to the FIA officials, Heaven could not leave the country before the final decision of the court in the case.
DeHaven, was charged under Section 14 of the Foreigners Act for illegal staying in Pakistan, but a lower court had granted him bail.
On Saturday, he was trying to leave the country when the FIA officials stopped him at the airport.
