The third round of the Inter District U-19 Cricket Tournament started here and three matches were played on Wednesday. At LCCA ground, East Zone Whites won the toss and elected to bat first. They made 247 for all. Adnan Danish was the top scorer with 74, Ahmed Bilal 38 and Sami Aslam made 29 runs while Arslan Butt took 5/72 for North Zone Blues. In reply North Zone Blues scored 2/57 at stumps.
At Model Town Greens, East Zone Blues were bowled out for 173. Zainul Hasnain was the top scorer with 62, Umer Afzal and Raza Rohan scored 35 each while Rohail Ali took 5 wickets for West Zone Blues. In reply West Zone made 212/2 at stumps. Umer Siddiq scored 125 and Wahab Dar was playing at 70. At Aligarh ground, North Zone scored 351/5 against West Zone Whites.
Salman Ali Agha played a tremendous knock of 124, Imran Butt scored 93 runs. In reply West Zone scored 74 for four at stumps.
