PML-Q President telephones Sirajul Haq to discuss Panama issue
Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, on Wednesday, telephoned Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Amir Senator Sirajul Haq and discussed the current political situation in the country.
According to a statement issued by PML-Q, Shujaat, during the telephonic chat, said that Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif has no option but to resign. He said that Nawaz had lost the moral and legal justification to continue as the country’s PM.
Addressing the meeting of four parties’ alliance, he said the entire Sharif family has been found not only committing corruption but also telling lies and committing fraud, adding that Justice Baqir Najafi’s report on Model Town incident be made public forthwith.
Both the leaders discussed the opposition’s strategy over Panama Leaks.
