A copy of certificate declaring Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s employment with Capital, FZE as ‘Chairman of The Board’, from Jebel Air Free Zone JAFZA – which had been circulating on social media – was retrieved by Pakistan Today.
The document was signed duly by SVP, Administrative Services JAFZA, Shehab Sultan Mesmar.
The certificate depicts that PM Muhammad Nawaz Sharif was the Chairman of Board of Capital, FZE wherein he received salary worth 10000 AED basic.
This certificate is in contradiction with the principle enshrined in the constitution of Pakistan which states that a public servant/representative cannot hold any other office for profit. The certificate is hence in direct contradiction and proves material divergence committed by PM Nawaz Sharif.
The certificate was signed in Dubai, UAE.
