Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa has taken oath as acting Chief Justice of Pakistan.
He was administered the oath by Justice Dost Muhammad Khan at a ceremony in Islamabad on Thursday.
The ceremony was attended by judges of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Advocate General Islamabad, senior lawyers and law officers.
Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa will act as Chief Justice during a visit abroad of Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar.
