ISLAMABAD: Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, a senior Puisne Judge of the Supreme Court, will take oath as acting chief justice of Pakistan on June 29.
Justice Khosa will act as CJP since Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Mian Saqib Nisar will be proceeding to perform Umrah on June 28.
Justice Mian Saqib Nisar will remain abroad for nearly two weeks.
