LAHORE: A resolution has been moved in the Punjab Assembly by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) legislator Nabila Hakim Ali, who’s seeking the implementation of the Drug Act 2017 and demanding for an official operation to be launched against the mafia involved in manufacturing fake medicine.
She demands that the Punjab government devises a proper mechanism for the renewal of the licences of owners of medical stores.
She has also requested the government to take necessary measures for the proper implementation of the Drug Act.
