KARACHI: Influential personalities of Sujawal with their communities announced to join Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) here on Wednesday.
The decision was made in the presence of Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah and provincial ministers, including Mohammed Ali Malkani, at the CM’s Chamber in Sindh Assembly, said a statement issued here.
Those who joined the PPP included Mohammed Ali Otho, Sardar Mir Mohammed Otho, Shafqat Shah Bukhari, Syed Sahzaib Bukhair and others.
The chief minister welcomed the new party members.
On the occasion, Sardar Mohammed Ali Otho said that the PPP, led by Mohammed Ali Malkani in Sujawal, was gaining popularity.
CM Murad said that doors of PPP are always open for political personalities.
